I have not taken any theory exam before. Can I take Grade 5 theory directly?
Yes you can. Our music theory lessons are tailored to help you progress fast and take the Grade 5 theory exam directly, regardless of your music theory background.
I don’t play the piano. Can I join the theory class?
Yes. The music theory class is open for all music students – piano, violin, viola, cello, double bass, guitar, vocal, flute, and any other instruments who want to complete their Grade 5 or Grade 8 Theory. Piano background is not needed.
How many students are there in a theory class?
There will be a maximum of 4 students in a theory group class, conducted online or in teacher’s studio. Although class is conducted in a group class, each student will still receive individual attention and guidance from the teacher
I’m a music teacher with Grade 5 theory. Can I join to complete my Grade 8 theory certification?
Yes, you are welcome to join our music theory class to complete your Grade 8 theory certification.
